Q. How will I pay back my loans?
A. It is quite easy to payback the loan amount. You can give a post dated cheque or tell us your payday so we can directly take the payment from your bank account or via your direct debit.
Q. Can I defer my payment?
A. Yes, you can defer your payment but for that you have to intimate us in advance. You can defer payday loans twice and you have to pay the new charges for every month at our fixed rate.
Q. Can I change my payday loans amount and credit card details?
A. Yes, if your change your mind and want to borrow more or less funds or if you have a new debit card then please contact the customer services team so they can make the necessary changes.
Q. If I can't pay back my loans?
A. We understand that there are some unexpected situations that change your circumstances. If you also fall in such kind of situation then let us know as soon as possible so we can provide you the required help.
Q. What are my repayment options?
A. You can easily repay the loan amount. We will take the agreed repayment amount from your debit card on the next payday so you need not to take tension regarding repayment.
Q. Can I pay my loan later?
A. Yes you can, but for that you have to give two days prior notice to us. You can extent your repayment tenure but for that you have today the some additional fees.
